Two round circles on tags on MLB authenticated jersey?

I haven't bought much in the last few years, so I would appreciate your thoughts as a consider a purchase.
A jersey I have some interest in is authenticated by MLB to a specific game, has the hologram on the back number, and checks out correctly in the MLB database.
But the inner tag appears to have two circles on it.
Is that placed there by the MLB authenticator at the game? And if so, why does it have two circles, say opposed to having one circle?
What I am getting at is, could it mean the player wore two jerseys that game and this is the second one? I checked numbers above and below it in the MLB database and they only authenticated one jersey from this player.
    Any thoughts? Photo is attached.
    Thanks

    Mike

Those are quality control stickers placed on the wash tag prior to being sent to the team. Could have fell off in the wash or due to use.
