View Full Version : Opinion: Best time to sell ichiro game worn jersey

I picked up an Ichiro autographed game worn jersey in the offseason. Its a Marlins jersey, MLB holo for the use, Ichiro holo and cert for the auto. Also can be photomatched.

The question is: When and how do I list it for sale? When he gets to 2998 hits at .99 an let it ride? BIN/BO now and see what comes knowing that as he gets to 3000 it will get hit? Wait a little longer to list it?

Thoughts?

I'd wait until the end of next year. He keeps moving on up the hit list.

When he gets 2,998 hits list it on ebay with a BIN / Best Offer and see what it does. If you don't get offers that you like, then hold onto it until he goes into the HOF.

The Marlins are asking $3,750-$4,000 for Ichiro jerseys from this season. They also have some milestone jerseys of his, used when passing someone on the hits list which range from $4,000 to $7,000. Just to give you an idea of what the market for your jersey is.

shhh...ive seen them there at the store.

The ones at the low end are'nt signed, but i would love to get that for mine
