Although the item is advertised as game issued, and not game used, even the actual description is in doubt. The item, a 1997 Russell Astros home Jeff Bagwell jersey, would not be game used, as Bags' home and road unis were supplied by Victory in '97, not Russell. However, I doubt Russell would manufacture a jersey, especially a major star's, with the wrong patch. The photo in the listing shows a Jackie Robinson 50th Anniversary patch, but the one shown is the French language version worn only on Montreal Expos home jerseys. I also believe, but would have to research to confirm, that Bagwell had gone larger than a size 46 by 1997.
