John Kuhn Pro Bowl Jersey on NFL Auction

See there is a Team Irvin Issued jersey for Packers fullback John Kuhn on NFL Auction. Kuhn was on Team Rice with the white jerseys though. Did NFL just make up jerseys for players for both teams? Anyone know if that was a common practice when they did the Pro Bowl under the non-conferenced format?
