Some of this is reiterated from the "Dr J Tawain" thread. But I think everybody buying on ebay should be aware of this seller and the paperwork he's putting into the market.
The first one I saw was the "Dr J 1984-85 Jersey" with a LOA purportedly written by Alan Meza. But the LOA would lead you to believe that english was the writers second language (although my grammar isn't that great so i shouldn't talk). I was also under the impression Meza only wrote letters/collected Michael Jordan items. The other thread confirmed that this was bad paperwork regardless.

Sold for over $800
Building off that, there is a Jordan shooting shirt on ebay from the same seller, with obvious incorrect font name on the back, and another Meza letter with the same second language writing mistakes.

Also he has two Lebron James Cavaliers gamers up right now, with more than likely forged paperwork also.

Hopefully Dave can post and confirm that the seller's letters from him are also fakes.
The mears letter, # 144354 is an A10, which a Cav Lebron without detailed provenance is usually an A5 Mears base grade. Picture attached.
I also could not find this letter in the MEARS system. All Lebron James jerseys that i saw span the letter # range of
#255096 Graded in 2005 - #314967 Graded in 2016.
