Does anyone have any experience with removing an autograph, done in black sharpie, from a game worn jersey? I have an Alex Bregman game used LSU baseball jersey (2013 freshman year) which I had him sign the week before he got called up. When he signed it, it skipped in several places (I even had it stretched and clipped on a board) and I am not happy with it in the slightest. I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my items which are not easily replaceable. If I can get it removed Ill just get him to resign it when he comes back to Baton Rouge in the off-season so that's not a problem. Im just worried that it will either not be removed completely (and stain) or that it may "bleed" into other parts of the jersey. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Very very hard to remove an autograph from a jersey without leaving some trace of it or turning the jersey a different shade of color where you try. Not sure if I have ever heard of someone doing it successfully.
If you can get him to I would just ask him to try to re-sign it over the old one the best he can. -
