For sale is a game used Paul Konerko Jersey. From set 1 of his final season. Has wash tag and another tag says "+1" sleeve" which was difficult to photograph. Also has DJR tribute patch on right shoulder. This was purchased at SoxFest 2015.

Asking $1,000 shipped. Or interested in trade for GU 2007 Halfway to St. Patricks Day green striped jersey of Paul Konerko, or a pair of his GU Underarmour cleats.

MLB Auctions sold a jersey with identical tagging to this 2014 Konerko jersey which closed Oct14, 2014--except theirs had an MLB authentication hologram attached.

If so I don't think that one is the "cool base" jersey, but a regular one.
