Please, help ID this Game Used Football Uniform

I recently bought a large collection of football jerseys from Hunt Auctions. The lot included professional/game used examples from the NFL, WLAF, CFL, USFL, College and more, but I've been unable to ID this uniform.

Both the jersey and pants have 1980's Champion tags

I would appreciate any help you can provide.
