MLB took all of them, per usual. Apparently they are taking their good old time putting them up for auction... unless they are selling them somewhere that I don't know about.
I am not who you replied to, but I collect Indians. I have plenty I want, and some I can part with. If you are interested in either side, or to just show off, let me know.
I bet the people in charge felt they missed their chance for max profit when these baseballs should of gone up during or right after the World Series. Now they're probably waiting for the week before Christmas or Closer to spring training to release them. They probably put those other baseballs up to gauge what type of interest is around at this time.
I was really hoping to pick up a WS baseball or two before Tribe Fest in January, but I'm not going to hold my breath. As carbonrosa said, these items should have been listed during, or immediately after the Series. They have definitely missed out on any maximum profit opportunities. Christmas is often a time when people (even collectors) are more strapped for cash, and if they wanted to bank on bidders purchasing items as Christmas gifts, they have missed out on that window as well. I am not a Cubs fan obviously, but after experiencing the chaos that ensued after the Cavaliers championship earlier this year, I can say that the hype dies down very quickly as the new season approaches.
