    Mlb tv

    Im thinking about getting mlb tv, how does it work with blackout dates? Ill be using my apple tv to watch it so can i register under another city to avoud blackouts?

    It has nothing to do with where you're registered. It checks to see the location of the IP address you're logging in from, so you can't get around blackouts.

      I just googled it, apparently since rogers cable owns the mlb rights in canada as well as owns the blue jays, they dont do blackouts! I can see the mariners and the jays! Apparently they also dont blackout the playoffs and world series....can anyone tell me if that is true? I had always thought mlbtv stopped working once regular season was over. I dont have cable so it woukd be great if i got the playoffs.
