Montreal Expos memorabilia

Hello everyone
I'm a Montreal Expos memorabilia collector. I have a small collection, nothing fancy. As you know, there's some talk about maybe the Expos coming back to Montreal. Maybe it will happen, maybe not! I was wondering...Do you think the value of the Expos memorabilia will decrease if the team comes back? For instance, I have a ticket stub of the last game the Expos ever played before moving to Washington. Does this ticket have any value if the team comes back? Thanks for your input!

I can't imagine the stub having much value, as the game was still relatively recent, and the announcement of the final game/season was made well beforehand.

As for memorabilia values, I would assume a return of the franchise to Montreal would increase local prices, as you'd also have more fans/demand for the items.
