The stitching is all wrong, expos only used one layer of red stitching on home jerseys, never blue. Someone created this from a blank team issue jersey. Brand new, at best. The seller in his descriptive text doesn't call it "game used", only "team issued". However, he uses both descriptions in the headline. At the price it's offered at, I would hope bidders would realize that it's not actually game used, but that description should not appear anywhere in the listing.
