Guys, I need help. I came across this jersey at a local card shop and bought it. 1968 Ted Uhlander gray road flannel, set 1. Has all the tags. Wondering where is the best place to auction it off? I'd love to post pics on here, but can't figure it out.

Sir

Sounds like a cool shirt. I would list it on eBay for $1,500. Buy it now, make an offer.

Good Luck

Interesting jersey as Ted did not wear #30 while playing with the Twins.

As shown in the photos after his name on the lower front tail he wore #11

1965-1966 #34
1966-1967 #16
1968-1969 #11

I am pretty sure this jersey has been recycled to the minors. It probably had a number change from 11 to 30. If you look closely you can probably see that but you would have to turn the jersey inside out.

Still very cool.

Interesting. Thanks a lot for the info on it. I see no evidence of a number change inside the jersey. The taggings indicate a major league jersey though correct. Any idea of value? I really only put up the ebay listing to be able to direct you guys to pictures, although to ultimately sell it.

The tags indicate that it is indeed a major league game worn jersey and the #11 after his name states that the jersey originally should have had #11.

An all original 1966 Uhlaender home flannel jersey sold in 2014 for $686 on VSA auctions. http://www.vsaauctions.com/lot-20348.aspx

Around a month ago, another 1968 Ted Uhlaender (home version) sold for a $500 buy it now. Looks like this jersey was also recycled and now sports #28. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1968-Ted-Ulaender-Game-Used-Minnesota-Twins-Jersey-28-Set-1-/371860210889?hash=item56949884c9%3Ag%3A4loAAOSw44B YmOj5&nma=true&si=K7%252FIVMA8i1VV8gazACVH17nU8hY%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

I don't know if the road jersey is more desirable than the home version or not but I would put a value of around $500 on your jersey. Might get a higher offer from someone who really it. I find it interesting how your 1968 road flannel (Uhlander) and the 1968 home flannel (Ulaender) both misspell his name (Uhlaender). Seems like the person who prepared his jerseys had troubles with his name lol.
