Francisco Lindor Lineup Card Question

Picked up this Cleveland Indians 2013 Spring Training lineup card a few weeks ago. It is from the first game Francisco Lindor ever played in an Indians uniform, February 24, 2013. I never knew they even did lineup cards like this for spring training so was wondering if anyone has any idea of what it might be worth. As you can see they only fill out their own side of the card. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
