Question about Jeter 919 date code

Has anyone ever seen a game used Jeter bat, allegedly a 2010 from Steiner, with 919 stamped on the knob? I see Goldin auctioned off an Arod gamer with this marking, but this is the first I have ever heard of it. Thanks!

Yes, I actually own a Jeter bat with the 919 on there, large font style. That is a bat made on 9/19/2009. Louisville was having an issue with the engraving for a brief period, so that batch at least had the unique imprint. I recall Brian Hillerich coming on and mentioning that, so there is a thread from probably late 2009 with that information in it. The Jeter bat I have is photo matched to being used in both the '09 ALCS and '09 World Series, but most of these bats would likely make sense being carryovers to the 2010 season, coming so late in the year.
