    MLB 2017 Holiday Uniforms

This season, Major League Baseball is taking its holiday uniform program a lot further than the one-game schedule of the past.

if you thought MLB overdid it last year with the uniforms..

my favorite is the underbrim for the ASG warm up/HR derby hats.

my prediction - this year we start seeing MLB authenticated game used socks. i saw the tigers auctioned off a few pink and blue ones from last years mothers and fathers day, but now some of the new ones have a design to them.

I say this with peace and love- I think the pink is over done, like a souvenir jersey from the women's shop(along with the original ribbon being too little). Less is more. By the way, when we all eventually possess over 100 jerseys, then what?

There were some MLB stirrups about 45 years ago that would be cool to have.

From 1971-75, the White Sox, with their jerseys with red characters and the oversized numbers on the back (great style) also wore red stirrups on both the home and road uniforms with a Sox logo (white sock in circle) on the sides. THOSE would be cool footwear to own.
