From the collection of a former Orioles Front Office employee, who afterwards became a personal assistant to several Orioles players, a late 1990's Game Used undershirt/turtleneck of Cal Ripken Jr.:

Obtained this last week in a lot purchase of old football & baseball stuff. I'm not certain which stadium its from. He thought that it might have been from the Hall of Fame game in Canton, but no idea what year. Either way I thought it was a neat unusual item.

Picked up this Alex Gordon bat. Photo matched to games on April 25 to April 30 2014 when he had 4 hits - 2 singles, 2 doubles and 2 RBIs. Its hammered with use. Ball seems, cleat marks, cleat shoe marks, bat rack marks, ball marks good pine tar. This bat has it all. It's even got a broken handle and is autographed.

Picked up this awesome looking Boba Fett jersey in a Star Wars night Jersey of their backs Auction at a Storm Chasers game, Royals AAA team. This jersey was worn by Peter O'Brien during the game. Peter was the main force behind the offence on this night. In the bottom of the 9th with a runner on O'Brien hit an RBI triple and then scored a run when Bubba Starling hit a double before the last out was recorded. The Storm Chasers lost 4-2 but it was a great night that was about to get even better. We won O'Brien's jersey and after the game along with all the other jersey winners we got to go out to the field. We met Peter O'Brien and talked for a few moments then he took off his jersey and gave it to us. The he said I've got a broken bat you can have too. He went into the dugout and brought out the bat and signed it for us and then signed the jersey for us. We also ended up getting his hat too.

I have a long hallway with 9 foot ceilings, so naturally I contact John Mr. Shea Stadium. I got 2 Shea outfield wall panels and a 3 foot by 7 foot section of the foul pole net. Open every day except Christmas and Thanksgiving. Interesting to note that for the last year of Shea they opted to paint the panels instead of replacing them.

Tulane held an equipment surplus sale for the first time in a few years on Friday and Saturday. I was able to pick up the exact seasons and styles I was looking for. I usually only grab jerseys for the design and not the player, but there were two available that I couldn't pass up.

#20: 2015 home Nico Marley jersey with the Katrina 10-year anniversary patch; one of our best defensive players and the grandson of Bob Marley
#11: 2014 away Nick Montana jersey; he was the starting quarterback the previous season before getting injured, also the son of Joe Montana
The other three are various styles from the late 2000s and early 2010s that I was missing in my collection.

Not new items but just got signed by vinatieri last week at signing in mass. Been waiting 12 years to get signed sheet is special teams starting report from sb38 and cleatwas his in 2003. He couldn't right Game Used because he wasn't when he wore them but was sure they were his. It was funny because guy next to him said they weren't his because it had his name inside sole and he said he never saw this. Vinatieri said oh no that's definitely mine very cool http://i1378.photobucket.com/albums/ah100/pauldecoster/Mobile%20Uploads/2017-05/3A593425-27C4-4E35-999D-4CD42EBC3BFD_zpsttoc1icb.jpg (http://s1378.photobucket.com/user/pauldecoster/media/Mobile%20Uploads/2017-05/3A593425-27C4-4E35-999D-4CD42EBC3BFD_zpsttoc1icb.jpg.html)http://i1378.photobucket.com/albums/ah100/pauldecoster/Mobile%20Uploads/2017-05/19F480D6-9B3F-439A-A21F-91D736E57D75_zpsli8nunuf.jpg (http://s1378.photobucket.com/user/pauldecoster/media/Mobile%20Uploads/2017-05/19F480D6-9B3F-439A-A21F-91D736E57D75_zpsli8nunuf.jpg.html)

'57-'58 Hank Aaron bat - MVP and WS Champs era

An early Milwaukee Braves bat, and it is proving tough to find any of Hank's bats from the 1950s era, especially in higher quality. This is the third of the big three I got here lately, a fresh to the hobby bat. It has terrific barrel use, great patina, cleat marks and a nice, faded 44 on the knob as well. I appreciate JD giving me a shot at acquiring this one for my collection.
Henry won the MVP in '57, hitting .322 and clubbing 44 home runs and knocking in 132 RBIs, while also leading Milwaukee to the World Series Title in 7 games over the Yankees. In '58, he put up a .326, 30 home run and 95 RBI line in leading the Braves back to the WS, where they lost this time in 7 to NY.

The pee doesn't bother me. It adds character! Wouldn't it be funny to have DNA matches as the next level of proof? :)

If it was my bat, there's no way that I would have Aaron sign it now. I would however get a photo of him holding it and have him sign that photo.....just my .02

I recall the shudders from Cubs fans back in 2003 when it was reported that Moises Alou peed on his hands. I thought it was LOL funny!:p

Yes, admit that is my concern too. If it was guaranteed I could get the smooth variety, less shaky, then I would do it. But I wouldn't want that to ruin an item like this...plus, if I have to navigate the whole send-in process with Steiner just to get it done, I would probably be completely anxiety ridden too.

'65-'68 Carl Yastrzemski bat - Triple Crown and MVP era

I picked up this great Yaz, along with a really nice Rico Petrocelli, that both originated directly from the family of a 30-year Red Sox central front-office person. She worked there from around '46-'77, alongside both Tom Yawkey and the GM, receiving bats as gifts directly from the likes of Yaz, Ted, etc. over the years.
This Yastrzemski is one of the nicest I have seen, absolutely crushed with use, with the faded snow man 8 on the knob. There is also extremely deep right barrel scoring as well, with seam marks over all sides of the bat.
The mid-60s period was a big one for Yaz as he captured the Triple Crown and MVP in 1967 hitting .326 with 44 home runs and 121 RBIs while leading the Red Sox in their Impossible Dream season and carrying them on his back all the way to Game 7 of the Series, falling to the Cards. There don't seem to be many 60s bats of Yaz, especially with heavier use.

Superb bat, Ben. Also, in 1968 (The Year of The Pitcher), Yaz was the only batting title qualifier to hit over .300, winning the crown with .301. The runner-up (Danny Cater) hit just .295.

Just got in a Geovanni Soto White Sox BP jersey from his first go-round with the Pale Hose. Soto was NL ROY when he finally stayed up with the Cubs, and was always nice to me then and in both his stints with the Chisox (currently back, but on the DL).

Took a chance on a Lonnie Chisenhall game used axe handle bat earlier this afternoon. I still need to put a lot more time into it, but it looks like it could be the bat he was using for his pinch hit grand slam back on April 14th of this year. It would definitely make sense, as the bat was cracked and authenticated in the bottom of the 1st inning the very next day. The barrel is in motion in the photo, so the two spots I magnified seem to be blurred. The placement is definitely correct. The knob has a couple factory drill spots, and some paint wear that seem to match quite well, too.
