PayPal Trouble

Has anyone else had trouble paying an invoice or sending money to someone on PayPal the past few days?

I've had an inconsistent issue with PayPal requiring me to undergo special sign-in procedures repeatedly. Even when it suggests to check a box for future recognition and I do, the same thing happens on the next purchase.

Apparently they are having systems issues. Can't pay for an invoice or make payment for goods but can send money as FF.
