Does anyone know this K-10 football?

Hi!
I've found a football labeled K-10, no brand... so I assume K-10 might be the brand.
I'd like to know if somebody here already saw this kind of football. Watch the pics (links below).
Official size and weight, genuine leather, double lined, made in USA, inflate to 13 lbs.
I wander if this football is uncommon, when it could have been made... found nothing on the web but I know I am here in the best place in the whole universe (thanks, Doug!) to finally learn about this ball.
