Does anyone know what these Pirates jerseys are?

I recently purchased these two jerseys from the collection of a former MLB player/coach. I got two of these Pirates jerseys and was wondering if anyone could tell me what they are and possibly give me a year or range of years they were used. Thanks!

Put up a few more pics, Mike. Maybe this can be dated fully and identified as to the player who wore it.

Here are a couple more pictures. The tag is from the #17 jersey. Any help would be greatly appreciated and let me know if you want pictures of anything specific. Thanks!

Based on the existing patches and the style of Majestic tag, the #23 looks to be from 1985-86. In '86, both R J Reynolds and Steve Kemp wore that number. As for the #17, assuming that it's identical, Jerry Dybzinski wore #17 in 1985 and Bob Walk had that number in 1986. Sizing would positively ID which one it was, as the Dybber was a fairly little guy, while Walk was huge.
