Odd number sizes on Rawlings 1990-Game Used?

The jersey listed here is not listed as game worn, but it looks like it could be. Any thoughts on this one? The rawlings tag looks like the 88-89 style, but with 1990 year tags, maybe a left-over. Has anyone ever seen an odd number size on a jersey-size 45? Any opinions?
