Is a LOA from Rob Steinmetz still the gold standard for authenticating Albert Pujols gamers?

It's still about as high as you can go in terms of accuracy, although, Jeff Scott's expertise on Pujols and Cardinals gamers as a whole are on the same level. Either one of them has more knowledge about legit Pujols gamers and what to look for than ANY 3rd party authenticator in the hobby...and that includes me, as well.
