Finally I was able to speak with a higher up at Upper Deck. I explained how the Grey Flannel shirt is bogus and provided the two videos I made about the shirt. The Upper Deck exec agreed with me and was actually shocked at my evidence. I was told all this would be turned over to the big boys and the legal department. Of course GF still hasn’t pulled the shirt. Anyhow, we will see if the right thing gets done.
Imagine someone buying the shirt...then suing the daylights out of Woods, Upper Deck, Grey Flannel, and anyone else associated with this sham. Don’t think it can’t happen.
