Jays used two sets of home and away jerseys in most of the 80's and 90's. 94 they introduced a alternate jersey. The set 2 jersey likely wasnt used as he was traded prior to the all star break. Use should be visible with fading colour / wash tag showing use, I have seen cases where players used the set 2 jersey before the set 1. This was the case with the 1988 road jerseys with most of the set 1's from that season showing no use.
