How will COVID-19 impact the availability of game used items?

now with sports planning to start again within the next month, what do people think will happen with the availability of game used items? will MLB still have authenticators at every game slapping holograms on almost every baseball? are the days of buying unwashed jerseys over? will anything with an MLB hologram be available from this season? i suppose that athletes can do what they want with the gear they own, but in terms of buying items directly from teams, i feel like there will be at least some impact on the market. would love to hear other thoughts on this.

i think items will be much less available as a result.
i imagine some tight protocol on handling of used items

I agree with Ken - supply will be more limited and unwashed game jerseys almost impossible to find - could boost value of players’ jerseys worn in earlier seasons.
