All,
I have an interesting project -- I just received a "new" 2000-2002 style game worn Mets BP which is perfect in every aspect except for the "Mets" team logo across the front of the jersey. The original logo appears to have been destroyed and replaced with (GET THIS) a retail jersey Mets logo which doesn't match any of the rest of the jersey (wrong color, wrong texture, ridiculous). I bought from a sports store who apparently took it upon themselves to restore the jersey and had no idea what they were doing (either that or they were blind).
My question now... is there anyone out there that can replace this logo with the real Mets logo? I know some jersey restorers out there but they mainly deal with older jerseys; I know some authenticators/customizers, but they mainly deal with the lettering & numbering, not the team logos.
Any help would be appreciated.
