Rick Reuschel 1991 Game Used Jersey-- Thoughts On Authenticity?

Saw this on eBay and it piqued my interest:

Big Daddy only played in four games in 1991 and retired after that. Size seems legit but knowing even less about unis than bats, I can't assess whether or not this might be legit. I would appreciate any thoughts or comments from those more knowledgeable than I. Thanks!

Hard to tell actual game use from a photo. That said, the photos all support it being at least a team/game issued jersey.
