On the heels of creating City Edition uniforms for NBA teams, Nike is now following suit with City Connect uniforms in MLB.

The first off several such creations has been produced for the Boston Red Sox.

The UCLA-type color scheme is meant to pay tribute to the Boston Marathon, normally a staple of the spring in Boston but being delayed this year until October. The Bosox will break these out for game use during Patriots" Day weekend.
