Hi everyone! I'm having trouble identifying this football. The leather looks and feels right. But it doesn't have a commissioner's signature and I could not find the "w" watermark. I reached out to Wilson and they would only confirm that it was from the 1970s, but there is a discrepancy with the date code "JO" ... evidently ... today the "J" corresponds to years ending in 6, but at somepoint during the 1970's the letter "I" represented years ending in 6. There is also a PRO stamping on the ball which I think shows it is a retail ball, I think? Could this be game used? or Some type of defective/blemish ball? Anyone have any idea what this is?
