Pacific Cramer's Choice Inserts Baseball,football,hockey

Hello, I'm looking for Pacific Cramer's choice insert cards of baseball,football,and hockey. The inserts look like pryamids or triangles. Also trying to find the actual holders for this inserts. They came in small and oversized for the box topper cramer inserts. I'm looking for the small ones. If anyone has any info, it would be a great. I already tried searching Ebay.
