1987 Rawlings Tag Inquiry

I have read the Rawlings Tagging Primer & was just curious if anyone has ever run across tagging such as this one? I can tell you that its supposedly from Spring Training 1987 and is not a star player's jersey. Any general thoughts/comments from this board would be appreciated. Thanks

EBay item 250083731637, a 1987 Giants road coaches jersey of Don Zimmer, exhibits a short-lived, infrequently used Rawlings manufacturer's label unique to 1987. The tag is very similar in design to the Rawlings label on the wrist bands of the company's fielders' gloves of the era. This tag includes no laundry instructions and no size. On the small number of 1987 jerseys Rawlings made bearing this tag, the size tag is a flagged tag identical to the ones used in the collar of Rawlings retail jerseys of the era, but normally located on an inside body seam.
