Thome game used jersey

Hello forum members: currently on EBAY is a Jim Thome game used jersey. Item number 250095043074. How can a Thome jersey with a letter from the Cleveland Indians charities have a LOA from Mears with an A5 grade? I just need clarification because I thought a team letter should make the rating go up...or is a letter from the Indians charities not considered a team LOA? Thanks.

I looked at the shirt. Where does the Indians LOA say anything about the shirt? Nowhere...

You're right. That is a blanket COA. It could be used for a Jim Thome jersey , or a Joel Skinner signed ball. They're exactly the same. I have about 10 items with same COA. So, it is possible that it doesn't go with the jersey. Though I'm not saying it didn't. It is still possible.
