I am seeking information on the Vandergrift PA. high school football team circa 1939. I have attached a photo of a jersey from the estate of Tony Gallovich. He grew up in Vandergrift. Went to Wake Forest. Played for the Cleveland Rams, 1941. After the war he played for the Richmond Rebels. He was # 1 in Cleveland and #75 in Richmond. Can anyone help me identify where this jersey was worn.
Gallovich is in the Allegheny-Kiski Valley HOF. I have emailed them but have been ignored. Any imput on where to look would be appreciated.
