Heritage Auctions / Dallas Cowboys

Does anyone have any opinions or criticisms on Heritage Auctions? They have a ton of 2006 Dallas Cowboys Game Used items on sale on Ebay ending this Saturday and I wanted to bid one at least one thing but the buyers premium seems really high. Also the starting bids on most items are like 1/5th what Game Used Exclusives is selling them for so are they actuallty obligated to sell at these low prices if there is not a lot of bid activity?
