Heritage has a Kobe Bryant 2006-2007 "team-issued" jersey in their current auction....in the description of Lampson's letter, it states that the wear is appropraitely light for a jersey style that is used so infrequently...
my question is that if it is a team-issue, why is there a Lampson letter staing that the use is light?...Who put the use on it...Lampson himself maybe?...
