Grey Flannel Did A Great Thing!

I bought an Allen Iverson Game Worn Jersey from Grandstand Sports NYC just shy of 6 years ago. I always had a feeling that Grey Flannel auctions was where Grandstand purchased the jersey, but Grandstand never responded to my emails telling me yes or no. Long story short, I emailed Grey Flannel and not only did they take the time to dig up records from 6 years ago, but were able to confirm that they did sell the jersey to Grandstand, and they would send a replacement LOA with pictures, without the standard $50 replacement fee! Something Grandstand should have sent with the jersey, when they sent it to me.

I cannot thank Dan Feldman & Rich Russek at GFC, for taking the time and offering the help, to put this situation to rest once and for all.

Great story. Coming on the heels of my very positive discussion with Rich last week, it's nice to hear him making himself and grey flannel available.

We need more positive news like this around here.

I liked to see positive comments also, nice for a change.

I don't have positive news to tell, but I have a funny story from earlier this morning.

About 4AM I am driving to go play poker, as I woke up last night around 2:30AM. I call The Bellagio first, the Las Vegas mecca for poker to see what games are available. My choices were bleak, Ski told me, $15 - $30 Limit Hold 'em or $4000 - $8000 Mixed Games.

Needless to say, that was the range available at 4AM. Either play $15 - $30 Limit or the biggest game in the world, nothing in the middle.

I played the $20 - $40 Limit Hold 'em at The Mirage, the biggest limit hold 'em game in town, pretty scary.

I should move to LA, I hear The Commerce casino has all limits going 24/7. I'd go, but then I wouldn't live in Las Vegas anymore.
