Ok, this may be a stupid one, but I have no idea and readily admit my ignorance when it comes to helmets. The photos are way dark, but I was able to ( I think) style match a similar helmet with similar numbers and decals, but I don't believe the chin strap is right at all. I appreciate any thoughts.

Also, the style of facemask seems right (from what I can tell).

The padding in the helmet is from a different era than the helmet being worn. It's not a legit game worn Jags helmet. -Shawn

That was one area of concern I had, but had no idea what the inside should look like. Another issue I found after digging through photos is the cervical pad on the back. I found no photos of any Jaguars helmet with that style font on the cervical pad. Thanks for the reply!

it's a reproduction.

fwiw it's a riddell wd1, which followed the riddell pac3, and was very common at the pro level from the mid 80s to early 90s. since the jags formed in '95, it's unlikely that any jag ever wore a wd1 unless he was a vet who didn't want to upgrade to the newer helmets hitting the scene. but even this is unlikely given that such an older model probably wouldn't have passed enough certifications to make it to 1995.
