I just bought this Rogers Hornsby bat. It's a Hillerich & Bradsby 125. The label period is from 1921-1931. It's 35 inches long, i dont know the weight but its over 35 ounces. Ok now to the weird part. On the knob it has inch marks 35" i know that means store model most of the time. But over the inch marks it has a vintage lathe mark over the inche mark but you can still see the top of the 3. Also i was looking at the bat and noticed some smalls letters down on the barrel, i don't know if there anything but i tryed rubbing a pencil on paper and cant really read what they say. Also this bat is beat to deaf so many cleat marks and pieces missing. Thers also a piece missing from the back its 9 1/2 and 1/2. It just looks like to much usage for a store model. So can anyone help me out to find out if this may be game used. Thanks
