False Ads? Just Like Players Wear on Field?

How can these companies advertise that these jerseys are just like that used on the field when it is clearly just not the case?

Am I missing some fine print?

Is there a retail outlet for the jerseys just like the players wear (by that I mean game cut, size/date tagged, Ripon make in Berlin)?
