wow..what are the odds..2 of these popping up in the same month.

historic auctions just sold off a '1968 Thurman Munson Kent State Road jersey'. it was #15.

this guy's got one too except it's #9: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160120976762

anyone have any idea if munson wore both #15 and #9 while at kent state?

ugh..never mind. the ebay jersey is described as "thurman munson era". the "thurman munson" in the title is just for fun. or something.

I thought it was odd too, then I noticed that the item title was

"1960's Kent State game used road jersey Thurman Munson"

and the description reads

"Thurman Munson era Kent State University wool flannel baseball jersey"

Does the description suggest it was not worn by Munson but they're associating his name with the jersey style?
