Items With LOA's / COA's Without Signatures. Do you buy them?

First, I'm not picking on Elite.

Purpose of this thread is I'm curious how many people wouldn't buy an item with a LOA COA without a signature, like this Elite COA?

If not, but say now you see an item pounded with use, would you then buy it?

Any COA with the words "jock strap" on it would probably keep me away, with or without a signature.

I'm pretty sure that all "premium" equipment from homeruns, certain events,etc. are suppose to come with the signed LOA so I'd say that I'd only buy if it came signed
