Baseball Cap question...

Howdy, I have an older Wilson Baseball Cap that's in great shape for its age & it's a "fitted" size 7. I'd like to resize it to a 7 3/8 and was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to accomplish such a thing without mangling the cap? Perhaps some hat company that could do a good job?
