I am pretty sure Ballpark heros has a bunch of that stuff. I don't know if their inventory matches the years and price range you seek, but it's worth a shot.

I have a Chauncey Billups game-cut and signed road jersey from this past season. It was donated by a Pistons exec to a charity auction where I won it. Not sure what you consider "cheap," but I'm willing to move it at a reasonable price. Contact me at birdbats@charter.net for more info.

Just an FYI as Ball Park Heroes do not budge on their pricing at all. They are not the place to look for if you are bargain shopping as they have never taken less than the listed price on anything I have had interest in.
