Need Some Help

Purchased this San Francisco Giants Turn-Back-The-Clock (NY Giants) game-used autographed cap from Dick Dobbins back in the early 90's at the National Baseball Card Convention in Atlanta. I'm not sure what year the National was in Atlanta, but I know it has been here twice.(I think)

I'm trying to find out if anyone has any idea when the Giants wore these caps and any info on the TBTC game. I know Downs was with the Giants from 1986-1992, so it's definitely during that period. I've attached photos. If anyone can help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Try May 3rd, 1992...Phils vs. Giants. I think the Phils blew them out like 12-3 or something.

That looks like it may be game. Can any Giants fans help? Does anyone know what years the National was in Atlanta?
