I know that they probably don't read this forum but I wanted to express my thanks to LS.
I have developed a contact, informally with a customer service person there. I don't want to diclose the name for fear that they will be inundated with questions but I have asked them for info on occassion when I have exhausted all other sources. A few months ago, I picked up a LS bat with the last name Reynolds (my last name) in block letters. I couldnt come up with the player and with one quick email, I was told that my bat belonged to a player named Jeff Reynolds who ordered that model bat in 1989 while playing for AAA Toledo.
Kudos to LS for their excellent customer service!
