Tony, doesnt look like there is much or any use on this one. He might have given it a shot and figured out it wasnt going to be the one. Alex will get about 10 gloves sent to him in the winter. He can decied by putting it on his hand if its the one he will use during the season or not. Not enough to go by on that glove to say he did or didnt use it. Looks like the real thing though. Hope i helped a little.....

I always thought the dot sewn at the end of the names on these gloves was added to distinguish between ones to be used for autograph and real player issued gloves. I know that was true with Jeter's gloves....

Dave thats a good point. Thats something im not sure about but sounds like it could mean what you say. I'm going to look into that. I have a Jeter glove if anyone wants one. Its a new glove but it came from Derek.
