Hi Guys,

Im looking to start collecting gameused jerseys and basically writing on here for your advice on where to start.

Things like what I should look out for, who I should avoid, who I should deal with, how to spot legitimate/fake jerseys etc etc

Your knowledge would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Rich

Thanks. I will be posting a lot on jerseys that I see. No disrespect to the sellers but I know very little on these jerseys

here's my advice. take it for what it's worth.

1) buy this:
http://www.gameuseduniverse.com/vb_forum/showthread.php?t=10016

2) read every relevant thread on this forum.

3) read every relevant thread on this forum:
http://www.network54.com/Forum/379976/

4) don't buy anything until you completely understand exactly what you're looking at. don't want to wind up like this guy: http://www.boston.com/business/globe/articles/2007/08/04/the_value_of_authenticity/

using this forum as a free authentication service probably isn't going to be very fruitful.
