Biggio Donates Bat to Hall!

It was a memorable day at Minute Maid for us Biggio fans. Today was an hour long celebration prior to the game. One of the highlights was Biggio presenting his gear from the 6/28/2007 game in which he got his 3000th Hit. Unlike many players, Biggio not only fulfilled the HOF's request for the bat, but also gave his jersey, batting gloves, and hat from the game. See below!

I hate that he beat my Brewers today, but it is impossible to deny that Biggio is a class act.

What a neat ceremony before the game. He is so gracious to his teammates, ownership, and especially the Houston fans.
