Question about Peanuts Lowrey Game Used Spot-Bilt Cleats

I recently picked up Harry "Peanuts" Lowrey Game Used Spot-Bilt Cleats.

I was wondering if anyone had any information on dating them. I am thinking they were used during his coaching days because they have plastic spikes.
