Aroldis Chapman of the Yankees and Adolis Garcia of the Rangers are native Cubans who defected, and both were on the AL team in the All-Star game.
Both wore game caps with messages of support written on them for the Cubans engaged in freedom protests in Cuba at this time. The photo shows Chapman's ASG cap.
